Excellent – I was very impressed with my dealings with the Flight Centre Sports & Events staff in New York. I had arranged a finish line pass which wasn’t initially delivered and this was resolved happily and professionally – great staff and great service on the ground in NYC.

The extra pre and post events were great. It sas nice to get to chat to a bunch of different people.

The Flight Centre Sports & Events staff were all really friendly and approachable. Everything was seamless and I just had the best time.

The routes were great, sometimes challenging, and there were options to suit everyone. The daily communication were clear and easy to understand.

The ride guides were great. What a patient, helpful, friendly and encouraging lot they are. There were a range of riding abilities (me being one of the slow ones). But there were enough guides in the group to cover the range of riders, so that the faster riders were catered for, with no one being left behind.

Our ride guides were knowledgeable and met the specific needs of all the riders in the pack. The ride pace was good and varied, taking in landmark peloton viewing options. Daily ride instructions were communicated in a timely manner, thus the ride routes and options suited everyone’s abilities in the group. The extra staff that were brought on board so that each group had a person of local knowledge riding with them was very appreciated.
