Flight Centre Sports & Events are delighted to be offering a limited number of confirmed race entry packages to the TCS New York City Marathon 2019.

The 42.2km course will take you through all 5 of New York’s iconic boroughs, and across its famous bridges. Beginning on Staten Island and ending in Central Park, the streets along your journey will be packed with locals and supporters cheering you on.

Being diagnosed with MND changes the lives of everyone involved, not just the person with MND. It is incurable and as the disease progresses, you are forced to accept one loss after the other; losses such as the ability to walk, hold a cup, shower unaided and even talk to those you love.

MND is terminal and there is no remission. Suddenly you must get used to new ways of doing the day-to-day tasks previously taken for granted. These changes can be overwhelming for people struggling to establish a routine, especially when they have young children, or it’s their elderly parent who has been diagnosed. By taking part in this event, you will be helping the 420+ Victorians living with MND every day.

2019 Event Details

• Start Time: Wave times starts from 9.50am (Runners will be allocated in wave starts by NYRR) and finish at 11am
• Transfers: Race start transfers are operated by NYRR for runners only from various Manhattan locations.

• Expo: The 2019 TCS New York City Marathon Expo Presented by New Balance will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre. Runners must visit the expo in person to collect their race materials.
