The National Football League is America’s most popular sports league, comprised of 32 franchises that compete each year to win the Super Bowl, the world’s biggest annual sporting event.

Each team plays sixteen games in the season and has one bye week. At the end of the regular season, the four winning teams and two wild cards from each division take part in the playoffs, which concludes at the Super Bowl between the NFC and the AFC.

American Football’s roots are from rugby so expect grit, intensity and speed from the players on the field – but with extra padding for added effect.
